Mr. Prakrit Thanwalai; CEO of Zcom Securities, announced financial results of the year 2021 that the Company's revenue was 720 million baht, an increase of 322 million baht from 398 million baht in 2020 or a growth of 81%. The main factor was an increase of interest on margin loans by 640 million baht from 335 million baht, or a growth of 91%. Furthermore, an increase of interest on margin loans due to a successful expansion on the continued growth of the margin loan balance, which was 12,918 million baht as of December 31, 2021. The net profit of the year 2021 amounted to 261 million baht from 45 million baht in 2020 or an increase of 485%. 

Mr. Prakrit said that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2022 held on 18 March 2022 passed a resolution approving the Company to be converted into a Public Company for the future creation and evolution. The converted Company, GMO-Z com Securities (Thailand) Public Company Limited, has been completely registered on 21 March 2022. In addition, the Meeting passed a resolution approving an increase of the registered capital from 2,880 million baht to 3,600 million baht by issuing 75 million new shares with a par value at 9.60 baht per share. 

Mr. Prakrit also noted that the results of 2021 reached the expected target of the Company. Moreover, for the year 2022, the company continues to adjust the strategies to serve customers’ satisfaction, expand margin loan balance.
